I accept payment via Paypal. A confirmed payment via Paypal is expected within 24 hours from submitting your order. I will not work on any item until full payment is received.
As each item is personally customized, you can expect your order to be shipped out within two weeks of receiving payment.
I will be more than happy to combine shipping on two or more items. Please ensure to email me first, therefore, I can adjust your invoice.
Return Policy:
Any personalized item will not be accepted for a return unless I made a mistake with the spelling. Please note that I will only embroider the name supplied and will not be responsible for any mistakes on your part. I am a perfectionist and will not deliver any item that does not meet my satisfaction. If for some reason, there is an issue with the structure of the design within 7 days of purchase, please email me and we will come to an agreement.
